FORT COLLINS, Colo. – January 13, 2014 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Colorado, announced today that David Timm, broker association affiliated with the company’s Fort Collins office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Timm specializes in sales in residential real estate in Fort Collins, Wellington and Larimer County.
REALTORS® who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. An elite group of professionals, approximately only 3 percent of REALTORS® nationwide have earned the CRS credential. Last month I had a client Relocate to the Fort Collins area from New York. He was happy to remove himself and his family from that environment to Colorado. Keller Williams of Northern Colorado is hosting a FREE Paper Shredding and paper recycling drive.
It’s time to safely get rid of confidential documents, old tax returns, etc. Please bring any sort of paper item you want (ie. Files, Phone Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Junk Mail, etc.) to my office at 1220 S. College Ave. Just east of Colorado State University. Please drop items off during business hours 8-5 from April 18 to April 22, 2011. If needed contact me and I will even pick up your stuff if that will help.
Items can contain staples, paper clips, sticky notes, bindings, etc….it will all get pulped in their machine. The only thing NOT ACCEPTED is cardboard. My clients and friends can drop off as much of these items as they please.
