Car Insurance?? Who Knew

Last month I had a client Relocate to the Fort Collins area from New York.  He was happy to remove himself and his family from that environment to Colorado.  Over and over we hear about the many benefits of the area.  Often we hear quality of life.  What does that really mean?  Fresh air, good water, great schools, recreation, music, breweries, university, diverse economy, low property taxes and on and on.

You know the car insurance commercials,  Make a change and save $ on Car Insurance?  Well this would blow them away.  He tells me that his payment was reduced to a third of what it was.  If I was making a commercial, it’s like making money to move to a nice place to live.

In the Fort Collins Real Estate market it is very important to know the market and to continue to stay on the cutting edge of technology and education.  I am happy to announce that I have taken another step to help keep my clients well ahead of the competition.  The designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) has been conferred to me by Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC).  The ABR® designation is earned through not only through extensive education bu also through demonstrating a history of advocating for home Buyer’s while acting as their Agent.

Free Paper Shredding

Keller Williams of Northern Colorado is hosting a FREE Paper Shredding and paper recycling drive.

It’s time to safely get rid of confidential documents, old tax returns, etc.  Please bring any sort of paper item you want (ie. Files, Phone Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Junk Mail, etc.)  to my office at 1220 S. College Ave. Just east of Colorado State University.  Please drop items off during business hours 8-5 from April 18 to April 22, 2011.  If needed contact me and I will even pick up your stuff if that will help.

Items can contain staples, paper clips, sticky notes, bindings, etc….it will all get pulped in their machine.  The only thing NOT ACCEPTED is cardboard.  My clients and friends can drop off as much of these items as they please.

 Shedding and recycling services provided by Professional Document Management. 

 The collection bins will be locked at all times for security purposes.
