Fewer Homes For Sale, Demand High

Today the Northern Colorado Business Report reported the
inventory of homes for sale in Fort Collins, Loveland are Greeley are down.  This means that there are fewer homes
currently for buyers to choose from and this is creating high levels of
competition and commonly multiple offers on quality homes.

Today many homeowners would like to sell to “resize” their
lives.  They read the paper or watch the
national news and see bad reports.

Locally buyers are out there looking for good homes;
interest rates are historically low and trending lower.  This gives the buyer more buying power and a would
be seller can also do well getting into their next home.
