FORT COLLINS, Colo. – January 13, 2014 – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in Colorado, announced today that David Timm, broker association affiliated with the company’s Fort Collins office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Timm specializes in sales in residential real estate in Fort Collins, Wellington and Larimer County.
REALTORS® who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.
