I recently used David Timm to help me buy my first home.  I am currently living in North Carolina and am moving to the Fort Collins area in the next few months to attend the veterinary school.  I first chose David because unlike many of the other agents he provided me a much more refined and thought out list of homes that most accurately fit the needs and characteristics of the home I was looking for.

Upon arriving in Fort Collins David was great not to rush me around, even though I was very excited, but gave me time to see the town and the areas in which I was looking for homes. Since I was so new to the area David also took the time to show me some of the highlights of Fort Collins even this was well above and beyond his job requirements.
