Accredited Buyer’s Representative in Fort Collins

Fewer Homes For Sale, Demand High

Today the Northern Colorado Business Report reported the
inventory of homes for sale in Fort Collins, Loveland are Greeley are down.  This means that there are fewer homes
currently for buyers to choose from and this is creating high levels of
competition and commonly multiple offers on quality homes.

Today many homeowners would like to sell to “resize” their
lives.  They read the paper or watch the
national news and see bad reports.

Locally buyers are out there looking for good homes;
interest rates are historically low and trending lower.  This gives the buyer more buying power and a would
be seller can also do well getting into their next home.

Free Paper Shredding

Keller Williams of Northern Colorado is hosting a FREE Paper Shredding and paper recycling drive.

It’s time to safely get rid of confidential documents, old tax returns, etc.  Please bring any sort of paper item you want (ie. Files, Phone Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Junk Mail, etc.)  to my office at 1220 S. College Ave. Just east of Colorado State University.  Please drop items off during business hours 8-5 from April 18 to April 22, 2011.  If needed contact me and I will even pick up your stuff if that will help.

Items can contain staples, paper clips, sticky notes, bindings, etc….it will all get pulped in their machine.  The only thing NOT ACCEPTED is cardboard.  My clients and friends can drop off as much of these items as they please.

 Shedding and recycling services provided by Professional Document Management. 

 The collection bins will be locked at all times for security purposes.

This is a small thank you for all of our friends and clients for the opportunity to work together.

CSU Homecoming 2010 Friday

Today is a big day for Colorado State University and the community.  After the Nationally ranked CSU Volleyball team defeated TCU in  a thrilling 5 set match last night, the campus is abuzz with anticipation of the many events to come.  Maybe the biggest event of the day is the Homecoming Parade.  The Parade will run along Howes between Laurel and Mountain.  Join in the Fun!!
